A. GAME Secretariat: The GAME Secretariat is hosted by Women Environmental Programme (WEP) Nigeria. The Secretariat provides administrative and financial management support functions to the movement.

B. Country Coordinator: The Country Coordinator of GAME is responsible for coordinating national advocacy actions at the country level.

C. Sub-National Coordinators: Sub-national Coordinators are responsible for coordinating advocacy actions at the sub-national levels. The number of sub-national coordinators in a country depends on the political or administrative divisions in the country. The maximum number of sub-regional coordinators in a country should be 7. This means that no matter how many are the political or administrative divisions in a country, they should be regrouped in a way that gives only 6 or 7 administrative areas for GAME.

D. Task groups: Task groups will be set up from time to time to work on a particular issue at national or subnational levels. The need for a particular task group could be raised by the Country Coordinator, the Sub-National Coordinators or other members of the GAME.
